Driver charged with DUI on Riverside Avenue

5:40 pm, Tuesday, October 23, 2012 -- Whited was seen making a right turn on red on Riverside Avenue, where there is a "no turn on red" sign posted, last Thursday, police said. After Whited was stopped, an officer reported smelling "a strong odor" of alcohol on Whited's breath.
