Y's Women to host music conductor

Music conductor Eckart Preu will give a talk titled "The Magic of Music Making" at a meeting of the Y's Women on Monday, March 25, at the Unitarian Church in Westport, 10 Lyons Plains Road.

Coffee will be served at 10:45 a.m., and Preu's presentation is planned at 11:30 a.m.

Preu is the conductor of the Stamford Symphony and the Spokane Symphony Orchestra in Spokane, Wash., according to a news release.

Meetings are for members and their guests only. The membership chairman will be on hand to enroll new members.
