Her talk will cover tips for healthy diets and exercise, the Y's Women said in a news release. The program will include a five-minute exercise to be done while seated. A Q&A period will follow.
Strong is certified by the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists and is the author of the fitness book "Nancy Strong's Aerobic Slimnastics," according to the release.
