FontMadeleine Roche, 20, of West Branch Road, was arrested at 2 p.m. Monday on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Roche was involved in a domestic dispute with a family member, police said.
She was released on a promise to appear Tuesday in Norwalk Superior Court.
