A Mills Street woman faces numerous charges following an incident Saturday morning on Beachside Avenue.

Virginia Abbotts, 58, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and breach of peace for her behavior that day, according to police. She was additionally charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of conditions of release stemming from a previous incident.

Officers were dispatched to a Beachside Avenue address around 10:20 a.m. Saturday to investigate a trespassing complaint and found Abbotts, who had been charged previously on multiple occasions for entering the property, the report said.

She was also charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Abbotts was held in lieu of $7,000 bond on all charges. She is scheduled to appear Dec. 9 in Norwalk Superior Court.
