A woman has been charged with larceny after she tried to cash forged checks, police said.
Kelly Gray, 32, of Broadbridge Avenue, Stratford, was charged last Tuesday with first-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny.
The arrest stems from a June 10 incident where Gray, along with three other individuals, attempted to cash forged business checks at a local bank, according to police.
All of the people involved also have similar cases pending in multiple jurisdictions for similar crimes, police said.
Gray was scheduled to appear last week in Norwalk Superior Court.
