A Westport author has published a new thriller involving a murder, a terrorist attack and international intrigue that could spark a war.
Ken Sonenclar's "Bombs & Believers" is set largely in London and Istanbul. It traces the link between the murder of a Harvard archeology professor and a terrorist attack on U.S. sailors, creating a national-security nightmare, according to promotional material for the book.
The investigations involve the CIA and Scotland Yard -- plus a probe by the Los Angeles Police art-theft squad, prompted by the slain professor's beautiful graduate assistant. If revealed, the secrets could start a holy war, according to the promotional material.
Self-published under the Tunix Books brand, the novel is Sonenclar's first book. It is available online through Amazon, Apple, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and other major online book sellers. It is also available in softcover from Amazon.
Sonenclar has worked as a journalist, technology consultant investment banker specializing in media. He lives with his family in Westport.
