WESTPORT — A town resident allegedly threatened to kill a juvenile in a Westport home, arming herself with kitchen knives.

Officers were called to the Westport residence Aug. 21 around 2 a.m. where a 33-year-old woman was being held back by a relative, according to police. Police said she had threatened to kill a juvenile in the home and attempted to assault the under-18-year-old.

The woman, Nancy Michel, allegedly armed herself with two kitchen knives before a relative intervened and took the weapons away.
