It should be another warm day in southwestern Connecticut today, but showers are also likely, according to the National Weather Service.

The daytime high temperature should reach about 64 degrees, while the likelihood of rain increases this afternoon after 4 p.m.

Showers are also expected tonight and continuing into the early-morning hours Wednesday. The low temperature is expected to fall to about 50 degrees.

Tomorrow should be partly sunny, with a high near 54 degrees. Skies tomorrow night will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature around 36, the NWS says.

Thursday will be sunny, with a high near 51 degrees. The nighttime low should fall to about 35 degrees.

And Friday should also be sunny, the weather service predicts, with a high near 54 degrees.
