Two days of sunny and warm weather are in the forecast for southwestern Connecticut -- unfortunately, those two days are not this weekend.

The two nice days -- with high temperatures in the 60s -- are today and tomorrow, according to the National Weather Service.

Today will also have winds from the northwest at between 10 to 15 mph. The overnight low temperature will be in the low 40s, says the NWS.

Tomorrow promises to be a bit cooler, but the high will reach just about 60 degrees. Clouds move in at night and the temperature falls into a chillier range of the mid-30s.

Saturday starts under cloudy skies and high temperatures in the lower 50s. Periods of rain are forecast overnight with windy conditions and low temperatures in the mid-40s.

Sunday also promises to be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain in the morning, then partial clearing by afternoon, The high temperature is expected to be in the lower 60s, the weather service predicts.
