Yesterday's clouds and rain will clear from southwestern Connecticut today, with the daytime high temperature rising to the mid-50s under sunny skies.

The National Weather Service says it also will be breezy, with a north wind between 15 and 23 mph, gusting as high as 39 mph.

Tonight should also be clear, with the temperature falling to the freezing mark of 32 degrees, and a north wind between 9 and 17 mph.

Tomorrow should be sunny and a little warmer, with a high temperature about 60 degrees. Overnight, there is a slight chance of showers with cloudy skies and a low temperature in the low-40s.

On Wednesday, sunny conditions are expected to prevail with a high temperature around 60 degrees. Nighttime will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the low-30s.

The outlook for Thursday, the weather service predicts, is for sunny skies and a high temperature in the mid-50s.
