Sunny, warm weather -- which took a hiatus yesterday -- is expected to blossom again today across southwestern Connecticut and the rest of the week.
The daytime high temperature should rise into the mid-60s, according to the National Weather Service, with a southeast wind 6 to 11 mph.
Tonight will be clear, but the temperature will drop all the way to the mid-30s, with a southeast wind 5 to 7 mph.
Tomorrow also will be sunny, with a high temperature in the mid-60s. Nighttime will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the low-40s.
Skies on Thursday will be bright again, with a high temperature about 70 degrees. Night skies will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid-40s.
On Friday, sunny conditions will prevail and temperatures will crest in the mid-60s. Skies will be clear at night with a low temperature in the mid-40s.
The outlook for Saturday, according to the weather service, is sunny and temperatures in the 60s.
