The odds of storms increases to 70 percent by Thursday night, according to the NWS, as the temperature dips to a low in the mid-70s.

The rain clouds leave the region Friday as skies turn partly sunny and the temperature rises to about 80 degrees. Nighttime will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid-60s.

The outlook for Saturday, according to the weather service, is sunny and temperatures about 80 degrees.
