Westport weather: More sun, warmer temps

Sunny skies and warmer temperatures are in today's forecast for southwestern Connecticut.
The daytime high temperature is expected to rise to the low-60s, with a north wind between 8 and 18 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
Tonight, clouds move in as the temperature falls to the low-40s, with a northwest wind between 3 and 6 mph.
Tomorrow promises to be sunny again and even warmer, as temperatures should rise to about 70 degrees. It will be breezy as well, with a north wind at 5 to 8 mph early in the day, increasing to between 13 and 16 mph. Gusts could be as high as 28 mph, the NWS says.
Tomorrow night will be partly cloudy, with a low temperature about 40 degrees.
On Thursday, temperatures are not expected to be as high, reaching the upper-50s, under sunny skies. Nighttime will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the low-30s.
The outlook for Friday, according to the weather service, is sunny and temperatures in the low-60s.
