A sunny stretch of fine spring weather will roll right on through the weekend and well into next week, according to the National Weather Service.
Under bright skies, the daytime high temperature today in southwestern Connecticut will rise to the upper-60s, with a north wind 5 to 7 mph.
Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low temperature in the low-40s and a south wind 5 to 7 mph.
Sunday, reflecting its name, will also be sunny with the high temperature again in the upper-60s. Nighttime will be party cloudy with a low temperature in the mid-40s.
On Monday, skies will be partly sunny, with a high temperature in the mid-60s. Night skies will be cloudy and the temperature is expected to dip to the upper-40s.
Tuesday is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high temperature in the low-60s, the NWS says. Clouds continue to prevail Tuesday night with temperatures in the mid-40s.
Wednesday should be mostly sunny, with a high temperature about 60 degrees. Nighttime will be partly cloudy with a low temperature in the upper-40s.
The outlook for Thursday, according to the weather service, is mostly sunny and temperatures in the 60s.
