Save Our Strays has a new addition looking for a permanent home. Bagel the beagle is a friendly, affectionate, typically energetic beagle who is about 5 years old. He is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered.

Bagel is good with children and cats, and he loves treats. He needs a home where he can have the love and attention he deserves.

Save Our Strays, 1677 Post Road East, requires a prospective adopter to complete an application, interview with an adoption coordinator, and pay a $25 nonrefundable deposit. The donation fees are $250 for dogs, $100 for adult cats and $125 for kittens up to 5 months. All animals are current on age-appropriate immunizations and spayed or neutered before placement, unless their age or health requires it be done at a later time.
