The board of the Westport Woman's Club has chosen Audrey Rabinowitz to receive its Most Active Member award for the past year.

Rabinowitz is past president of the club, past member of the Finance Committee, member of the Investment Committee, chairwoman of the Nominating Committee, past chair of Community Services Committee, and chairwoman and founder of the Necessities Bag Committee. She is also Blues, Views & BBQ Festival volunteer coordinator, Antiques Group chairwoman and Yankee Doodle Fair Lucky Prize Drawing chairwoman.

The award is given annually to a member recognized for "service not only above and beyond the call of duty, but graciously and with a smile," according to the club. The Most Active Member Scholarship was awarded to Nicole Brill, a Staples graduate, in honor of Rabinowitz.
