For players in grades 1-4, practices are held on Sundays from 10-11:15 a.m. at Wakeman’s grass field. They will spend the first 30 minutes working on skill development and developing their lacrosse IQ. The last 45 minutes will be game play. Boys will be organized by age/grade and ability. Boys new to the sport may spend more time developing basic skill before joining the game.

They will cover specific instruction geared toward both basic and advanced fundamentals based on ability to each player’s specific position. Instruction will be catered to both individualized and team concepts to foster more developed and complete players.
