The screening is sponsored by the Westport Cinema Initiative, and for film buffs who'd like to make it dinner and a movie, Chinese food can be ordered for the show, the group said.
The program is planned at 4:30 p.m. at the 75 Church Lane church, and will have an ecumenical theme.
Tickets will be available at the door or online at www.westportcinema.org. Food may be paid for online along with tickets. Menu selections will be made at the event, the cinema group said.
Crosby is the owner of an inn that opens only during the holidays. He and Astaire, one of the inn's performers, vie for the attention of Reynolds, a rising talent whom Astaire would like as his dance partner.
Tickets to the show are $10, and attendees will be able to order food from Westport Chinese Takeout for an additional $10, with delivery during the show, the group said.
Proceeds will benefit the Westport Cinema Initiative, which plans to build a nonprofit movie house on a parcel off Main Street, behind Tavern on Main restaurant.
