- ELECTION DAY VOTER SIGNUPS

For the first time this year, state residents can sign up to vote on Election Day. In Westport, those sign ups will take place in Town Hall. It is for people who have never registered in Connecticut or are no longer registered, and for those transferring to Westport from another community and are still registered in their old town or city.

The enrollees fill out a voter registration card, prove identity and residence with an ID or IDs, become registered and then vote at Town Hall. They do not have to go to a regular polling place.
