The Westport Registrars of Voters' office in Town Hall will be open today (Saturday, Oct. 20) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for residents wishing to enroll to vote in the Nov. 6 election.

To register, a person will have to show proof of residence.

The registrars said proof may be any of the following:

A current, valid photo ID that shows name and address;

A current document showing name and address such as a utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or other government document;

A Social Security card.

The registrars' office is in Room 107 of Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Ave.
