The Westport Country Playhouse will stage Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night, or What You Will," directed by Playhouse artistic director Mark Lamos, from Oct. 11 through Nov. 5, at the playhouse, 25 Powers Court.

Performances will take place at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday with matinees at 2 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

There are no public performances on Nov. 2.

During the run of "Twelfth Night," the playhouse will partner with numerous artists, scholars and local organizations for "Shakespeare in Our Time," a celebration of Shakespeare and the play's production with panel discussions, a film screening, art exhibits and other events starting Oct. 16.

In addition, the playhouse will have LGBT Night Out, for members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities and allies on Oct. 13 in partnership with Norwalk's Triangle Community Center.

The evening will feature a pre-show party at 6:30 p.m. with appetizers, beverages, music and door prizes, followed by a performance of "Twelfth Night" at 8. Tickets to LGBT Night Out are $30.
