An Easton woman was charged with breach of peace and trespassing after an incident at a local residence last week.
Susan Wagner, 51, of Abbey Road, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass last Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to check on a reported disturbance and when they arrived were told that a woman, identified as Wagner, had come to the home after being told by both the homeowner and police not to return, according to police.
Wagner was located close to the area and arrested around 1:30 p.m. She was released on a promise to appear and given conditions to follow. She was also told she could not violate those conditions prior to her court appearance, which was scheduled for the next day.
Shortly after her release, police were again contacted by the complainant who advised them that Wagner had attempted to call him numerous times as well as send text messages to his cell phone. Both violate the conditions of her release, police said.
Officers were able to locate and arrest Wagner again around 10 p.m., charging her with violating conditions of release.
Bond was set at $1,000 and she was scheduled to be arraigned last Wednesday at Superior Court in Norwalk.
