Grab that funky lamp Aunt Eunice gave you that has been hidden in the attic for years and find out if it's really worth anything when the "Beau Monde" Antiques Show comes to the Westport Inn, 1596 Post Road East, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to "Rock Your Halloween" at the crafts event for children and adults Saturday from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Westport Historical Society, 25 Avery Place. The cost is $25 per family for historical society members, $35 for non-member families, and $10 per person for members, $15 for non-members. Join the tribute to Westport's many award-winning artists Sunday at the 20th anniversary celebration of the Westport Arts Advisory Committee. The program, starting at 2 p.m., features readings from local award winners in literature, film selections and musical performances. The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow at the Westport Historical Society.
Silver Ribbon, 1240 Post Road East, is celebrating its selection as a "Best of CT" for 2013 this weekend by featuring handcrafted jewelry from the Cornerstone Project, with profits going to that group.
