Take a walk Saturday that will not only benefit you, but also the American Heart Association. The Fairfield County Heat Walk starts at 8:30 a.m. with registration, speakers at 9:30 a.m. and the walk itself at 10. Thirsty from all that walking? Visit "Biergarten on the Green" Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. at Veterans Green on Myrtle Avenue. Sample award-winning local, national and international craft and micro brews. Seasonal food will be available for purchase and the $20 admission gets visitors a mini-mug for tasting. Help paint the town red ... and yellow and orange Sunday at the Halloween Window Painting Contest sponsored at downtown businesses by the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce. Calm the body and mind Sunday with a visit to "Yoga on the Green," from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Veterans Green. Instructors from local yoga studios will lead the sessions; bring a mat or towel.
