Teen charged in domestic violence incident

BETHEL -- A 16-year-old suspect in a domestic violence incident was charged Tuesday after police issued an arrest warrant.

Police withheld the suspect's name and sex.

The teen was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, threatening and disorderly conduct for a violent domestic disturbance April 6 somewhere in Bethel.

The teen was released from the police department on a written promise to appear in court this week(4/22).
