Two men planning target shooting with a BB gun near the Merritt Parkway were arrested last week, police said.
Igor Pikayzen, 25, of Indian Hill Road, and Henry Flory, 26, of Nokesville, Va., were charged with third-degree criminal trespass, reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace on July 9 after an attendant at the brush dump on Bayberry Lane observed the two climbing a fence and entering the woods adjacent to the parkway.
Police found the two less 100 feet from the parkway with a Crossman air rifle. They said they were there to do target practice shooting, according to the police report.
They were each released on $1,000 bond and are scheduled to appear July 19 in Norwalk Superior Court.
