Talk set on calming toddler tantrums

A parenting seminar on dealing with toddler tantrums and other outbursts is planned Thursday evening, Feb. 7, at the Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road.
The program is planned at 7 p.m. as part of the library's Pathways to Parenting series. It will feature a presentation by Ingrid Pruoher, an educator with Dunsten Baby Language and Happiest Baby on the Block, the library said.
The program is free but registration is required.
Upcoming programs in the parenting series include "Countdown to Kindergarten" on Feb. 21; "Connecting Boys with Books," March 28 and "Kids Can Do It Themselves," April 18.
