'Suspicious vehicle' report leads to drug bust

A Norwalk man faces drug charges resulting from a suspicious vehicle report to police Tuesday morning.
Rafal Majdak, 22, of Marlin Drive in Norwalk, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of paraphernalia.
Majdak was arrested after officers investigated a "suspicious vehicle report" and found Majdak at the rear of 40 Newtown Turnpike, according to a police report.
He was crouched down and, according to police, in possession of a syringe containing suspected heroin as well as other drug paraphernalia.
Majdak was released after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear Nov. 15 in Norwalk Superior Court.
