Wakeman Town Farm's annual Family Fun Day is set Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m.

The event will include tours of the town-owned farm's organic vegetable gardens, a pie-eating contest, lawn games, farm crafts and farm animals.

Refreshments, including lunch, will be available.

"This is one of our favorite events of the year," said farm steward Mike Aitkenhead. "Wakeman Town Farm is at its best when the community comes out to enjoy the property, the people and the animals."

Admission price for Family Fun Day is $10 per adult and $5 per child. Wakeman Town Farm, 134 Cross Highway, is a nonprofit organic demonstration homestead open to the public.
