A 33-year-old man was arrested last Friday after police said he violated a restraining order that restricted him from being at his father's Beachside Avenue residence.
Todd Seligson was charged with a violation of a restraining order. He left the residence, but he was stopped a short distance away by officers.
"Narcotics and paraphernalia were observed in plain view next to the driver's seat of the vehicle," police said. He was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of paraphernalia.
He was arraigned last Friday in Norwalk Superior Court.
