Cornelius Lyons, 49, of Westport, was arrested on March 30 at 7:10 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and two counts of threatening.

According to the report, Lyons a police speed detector clocked Lyons going 59 mph in a 40 mph zone on the Sherwood Island Connector. Lyons was pulled over and the officer detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. Later, he allegedly threatened to kill the two officers who had him in custody.

Lyons' bail was set at $3,500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Terrence Coen, 62, of Westport, was arrested on March 31 at 1:33 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey a control signal and failure to drive right.

According to the report, Coen was seen making an illegal right turn onto Bridge Street by police. Coen also reportedly swerved onto the oncoming lane. He was pulled over and the officer detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Coen's bail was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Kenny Saint-Vilien, 18, of Bridgeport, was arrested on March 31 at 5:45 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, Saint-Vilien was seen traveling westbound on Post Road East without correctly displayed license plates. Saint-Vilien was pulled over and the officers found out he did not have a driver's license and the vehicle was unregistered and uninsured.

The officers detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and found marijuana residue on the floor of the car. A plastic bag of marijuana and some packing materials commonly used for the sale of marijuana were found in the glove compartment. An additional bag and packing materials was found on Saint-Villen.

Saint-Villen's bail was set at $5,000 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Christina Lake, 39, of Wilton was arrested on April 2 at 12:46 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive right.

According to the report, Lake was seen by police traveling more than 50 mph in a 25 mph zone on Riverside Avenue. Police also saw her swerving over the double yellow center line. She was pulled over and the officer detected an odor of alcohol on her breath and reported that her speech was slurred. Lake failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Lake's bail was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Amanda Marhoffer, 18, of Norwalk, was arrested on April 2 at 9:25 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, Marhoffer was the passenger of a vehicle that was pulled over for having dark tinted windows. With the car stopped, the officer detected an odor of marijuana from inside. Several baggies of marijuana were found in her purse, with additional empty baggies found next to her. The driver was not charged.

Marhoffer's was released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Cynthia James, 50, of Fairfield, was arrested on March 12 at 12:07 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and unsafe backing.

According to the report, police were informed that James was seen stumbling to her car in the McDonald's parking lot at 701 Post Road E. When officers pulled up behind her vehicle, James backed up abruptly and almost struck the patrol car. She failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

James' bail was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Scott Spurr, 42, of Easton, was arrested on April 3 at 12:59 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey control signal.

According to the report, Spurr was traveling northbound on Riverside Avenue when police saw him pass through a red light at the intersection of Post Road West. He was pulled over and the officer detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. Spurr failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Spurr's bail was set at $250 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 12.

Critsobal Mendiola, 20, of Darien, was arrested on April 4 at 2:02 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive right and operating without a license.

According to the report, Mendiola had driven his vehicle off the Post Road East and when officers spoke with him, he was described as being confused and thinking he was in Darien. The officers also detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Mendiola's bail was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 15.
