Woman accused of stealing baby formula

Kristen McCann, 37, of Milford was arrested on June 16 at 1:55 p.m. on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.

According to the report, McCann was seen putting cans of baby formula in her purse by an employee. He confronted her as she attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. Police were called to the scene and she was arrested.

McCann was released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on June 26.

Man charged with failure to appear

Kristian Bogacki, 24, of Fairfield, was arrested on June 18 at 4 p.m. on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.

According to the report, Bogacki was arrested at the Fairfield County Courthouse in Bridgeport on an unrelated charge. He was wanted for failing to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on motor vehicles charges he received in Westport.

Bogacki's bail was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court June 29.

Man arrested for driving with suspended license

Edward Grey, 43, of Cross Highway was arrested on June 20 at noon on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.

According to the report, Grey was pulled over by police because his license plates were not readable and it was found out that there was a warrant for his arrest stemming from failing to appear in court for driving with a suspended license.

Grey's bail was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on June 30.

Failure to pay or plead

Wandalaresse Daniel, 34, of Stamford, was arrested June 19 at 3:29 p.m. on a charge of failure to pay or plead.

According to the report, Daniel turned herself in at police headquarters on a warrant for failing to pay or plead for an unspecified infraction.

Daniel's bail was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on June 29.
