Edward McConnell, 69, of Norwalk was arrested on Oct. 29 at 7:31 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to the report, McConnell was stopped when he illegally passed a line of cars waiting at the construction site in the area of Charles Street and Saugatuck Avenue.

The officer reportedly detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. Police said McConnell failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

McConnell's bail was set at $1,000. He was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Michael Wyler, 23, of Falls Village was arrested on Oct. 31 at 2:50 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, Wyler was stopped on Wilton Road and was being evasive when questioned by police. The officer reportedly observed him making furtive movements, so Wyler was asked to get out of his vehicle. Police said the officer found a plastic bag containing marijuana and rolling papers inside the vehicle.

Wyler's bail was set at $5,000 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 12.

Susan Weinberg, 47, of Westport was arrested on Oct. 31 at 4:25 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

According to the report, Weinberg was allegedly involved in a domestic disturbance with a family member at their home.

Weinberg was released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 2.

Jill Campoli, 35, of Westport and Kurt Kratman, 50, of Peabody, Mass., were arrested on Oct. 31 at 9:23 p.m. on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Campoli received additional charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the report, Campoli and Kratman were arguing in the lobby of The Westport Inn and then allegedly fought each other in their room. Both were arrested, a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe for smoking was found among Campoli's personal belongings at police headquarters.

Bail for Campoli and Kratman was set at $500 and both are scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 2.

Kristin Issler, 32, of Norwalk was arrested on Nov. 1 at 1:18 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to the report, Issler was observed parked at a stop sign on Easton Road for a prolonged period of time.

Police pulled her vehicle over and the officer reportedly detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath. Police said he failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

Issler's bail was set at $500 and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 12.
