JIB Productions will launch its 2013 Play With Your Food program featuring one-act play readings and a buffet lunch in January at Westport's Toquet Hall Teen Center and Fairfield Theatre Co.'s StageOne in Fairfield.

The program, in its 11th season, will present excerpts from "Dinner With Friends," a play by Donald Margulies; "Color Coordination," by Benjamin Conrick; and "Move On or Sondheim at Studio 54," by Michael McKeever.

Performances will talk place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 15, 16 and 17, at Toquet Hall, 58 Post Road E., and Tuesday, Jan. 22, at StageOne, 70 Sanford St.

"Move On or Sondheim at Studio 54" is a play about a song, while "Dinner with Friends" involves food, family and friendship, according to Artistic Director Carole Schweid. "Color Coordination" concerns what to wear during life's big moments.

Actors will include Susan Vanech, of Fairfield, and Jodi Stevens, of Weston, as well as Dustin Sullivan and Josh Sienkiewitz, both of New York City.

Upcoming Tuesday to Thursday performances at Toquet Hall are set for Feb. 5 to 7, March 5 to 7 and April 2 to 4. Productions will also be at StageOne on Tuesdays, Feb. 12, March 12 and April 9.

Shows also will take place at the Greenwich Arts Council on Wednesdays, Jan 23, Feb. 13, March 13 and April 24; and Thursdays, Jan. 24, Feb. 14 and April 25.

JIB Productions is a Westport nonprofit performing arts producer.
