Party hostess faces risk of injury charge

NEW FAIRFIELD ___ A 16-year-old resident was charged with risk of injury to a minor as the result of an underage drinking party at her home, police said.

Hanna Rogers of Whitney Drive, also was charged with interfering with a police office, according to police. Rogers, said police, had an underage drinking party at her house while her parents were away, and several minors were consuming alcohol.

Police said Rogers refused to cooperate with the investigation.
