Saugatuck Nursery School said it is accepting applications for its summer day camp for children 3 to 7.

The program is scheduled at the 55 Compo Road South school from June 24 through Aug. 2. Two-week and six-week sessions are available.

The camp will operate from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on weekdays and includes lunch, the nursery school said.

Each week will be devoted to a theme, the school said, and activities will include music, creative movement, storytelling, arts and crafts, block building, outside water play and cooking. Weekly field trips are being planned to area attractions. Visitors to the camp will include staff of Bridgeport's Beardsley Zoo-Mobile, magicians and Zumba and Yoga instructors.

The school said it is a nonprofit, interfaith, multicultural school licensed under the State Department of Public Health, and it has professional camp staff.
