WESTPORT — A Massachusetts woman allegedly harassed someone police warned her not to contact, sending text messages for about two months after the warning.
Westport Police told Susan Berry not to have contact with someone in September after a series of ongoing issues, according to the department. Police said texts from the 48-year-old continued from late September until late November.
Berry turned herself in to police on the morning of Jan. 4 for the warrant out for her arrest. Police charged the resident of Nanepashement Street in Marblehead, Mass. with second-degree harassment. Her bond was set at $25,000.
