Mrs. Kramer was born in Portland, Maine, daughter of the late John and Grace Dennis. She lived most of her life in New York.
Mrs. Kramer is survived by two sons, Raymond and his wife Lois of Morris, and Gary and his wife Laura of Stafford Springs, formerly of New Milford; a daughter, Susan Wilken and her husband John of New York; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy Robin.
A memorial service will be held April 9 at 7 p.m. at Northville Baptist Church, 9 Little Bear Hill Road, New Milford.
