A New Hampshire man faces several illegal drug charges after a traffic stop here last week.
Edward Macisaac, 58, of Farmington, N.H., was pulled over last Thursday afternoon, and after agreeing to let the officer search his vehicle, an unlabeled container with 291 Oxycodone pills was found, according to the report. Macisaac was unable to produce evidence of a prescription for the pills, police said, and also did not have a driver’s license.
Macisaac was charged with possession of a controlled substance; possession of drugs not in original container and cited for failing to have a driver’s license.
Bond was set at $10,000.00 and he is scheduled to appear Sept. 21 at state Superior Court in Norwalk.
