An Easton man was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing after police said he was found wandering around the Levitt Pavilion construction site.
Paul Nordling, 60, of Church Road, Easton, was arrested after he became belligerent and combative with police officers last Thursday afternoon, according to a police report.
Officers were called to the site around 4 p.m. Thursday to check on the report that an unauthorized person was walking around the site.
When officers arrived, they found Nordling on the premises.
Nordling was also charged with non-threatening breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
