Man charged after incident at estranged wife's home

Mark Juviler, 47, of Park Lane, was charged last Thursday after what police said was a domestic dispute, during which he forced his way into a house and tried to steal his estranged wife's purse.

His bond was originally set at $2,500, but was later reduced to a promise to appear by the bail commissioner. He was released for an appearance scheduled Friday in Norwalk Superior Court.
