Guy Crowe, 48, of Hiawatha Lane, was charged early Wednesday after what police said was a domestic dispute at his home.
Crowe had agreed to leave the residence for the night, but while officers were still there, Crowe called the house several times after being advised not to have contact, police said.
Officers later found Crowe where he was staying and he was taken into custody after a brief struggle, police added.
Crowe was charged with second-degree harassment and interfering with an officer. He was held on $10,000 bond, pending his scheduled arraignment later Wednesday in Norwalk Superior Court.
