Wilton Selectman Ted Hoffstatter, a Democrat, is running for State Representative because he wants to change the tone of politics. He believes that before we can solve the issues of our time we must stop seeing one another as Republicans and Democrats and start seeing one another as what we are: friends and neighbors.

This belief was instilled in him as a child growing up on Deer Run in Wilton. Ted knocked on doors and stuffed envelopes with his mother for the Republicans and saw his mother, who is still a Wilton Republican, work to save Old Town Hall. He learned early that politics, at its best, is about community and family. As a father of two young children he and his wife are raising, Ted understands this is as important now as in his childhood.

If you also believe community comes before politics, please vote for Ted Hoffstatter for State Representative. Thank you.
