Letter: Grinches spoiled sweet sounds on the Saugatuck

When the music started at Saugatuck Sweets, I felt that Westport became alive and we enjoyed to the casual atmosphere and camaraderie in the plaza on the river.
We were so disappointed to find that it was shut down. It is so hard to believe that three hours of music on a weekend night is called "a disturbance.”
It is a sad situation when an individual or two can can control an activity which was enjoyed by so many. My children and grandchildren and our friends looked forward to every performance.
We will still hear the music somewhere in town, but it is too bad that it will not be at the plaza and it is too bad that there will always be the Grinches.
