51 Gorham Ave., sold to Nicholas A. Zinzi and Lauren Cohen by 51 Gorham LLC, $2,150,000.
17 Turkey Hill Circle, sold to Ernesto Pagano and Isabela Joffee by Margaret Ann Fitzpatrick, $1,076,445.
