1365-1391 Post Road E., sold to Capfor Westport LLC by 157 Easton Road Corp., $18,250,000.
19 Buena Vista Drive, 10 percent interest, sold to Leslie Gordon by Steven Dolberg, $105,000.
150 Imperial Ave., half interest, sold to SIR-150 Imperial LLC by Vincent P. Hanley Sr., $270,000.
150 Imperial Ave., half interest, sold to SIR-150 Imperial LLC by Henrietta T. Hanley Estate, $270,000.
9B Ludlow Road, sold to Arthur C. Lam by Sarah P. Carroll, $495,000.
6 Loren Lane, sold to James F. Kelly, trustee, Keith Roche 2012 Trust by Diane A. Cunningham, $650,000.
The total value of the properties sold is $21,670,000, generating conveyance taxes of $54,175.
