31 Hermit Lane, sold to Matthew M. and Gery Grove by Lee and Gina Nelson, $1,580,000.
37 Ferry Lane E., sold to Michael and Janel Gehb by Leathem S. Stearn, $2,000,000.
Total value of the properties sold is $10,268,000, generating conveyance taxes of $20,670.
