The Westport Historical Society is offering an Election Day program of activities for children from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Tuesday, Nov. 4, program will include making "voting booths" from appliance boxes, listening to stories about Abraham Lincoln, making tri-cornered hats shaped like the one George Washington wore and baking cherry tarts, the society said.

Activities will be at the Historical Society, 25 Avery Place. The cost is $45 for members, $50 for nonmembers. Sibling discounts are available, the society said.
