Joel Barlow tops New Fairfield

NEW FAIRFIELD - Ryan Brown scored two fourth quarter touchdowns to lead the Joel Barlow High football team to a 13-0 win over New Fairfield Friday night in South-West Conference action.

Brown staked the Falcons to a 7-0 lead on a plunge from the one-yard line. Brown's 2- yard run gave Barlow a two touchdown lead. The Falcons played stout defense all game as they forced New Fairfield quarterback Brian Webb into throwing three interceptions. They also held New Fairfield to just 67 yards rushing. NEW MILFORD A.J. Krize threw five touchdown passes on Friday night to lead Masuk to a South-West Conference win.

Pat Hendricks caught a 35 yard touchdown pass from Kevin Oberg to lead New Milford.
